The Port of Morrow is comprised of three industrial parks, the 2,500 acre Boardman Industrial Park, the 2,700 acre Airport Industrial Park and the South Morrow Industrial Park - each offering industrial sites ranging from one to 2,000 acres.

All the Port’s industrial parks have access to the area’s wealth of transportation possibilities, including the use of the Union Pacific Mainline Railroad, the Columbia River Barges through the Tidewater Terminal, road access to Interstate 84 and Interstate 82 and the 4,200 foot runway for general aviation.

In addition the Port of Morrow offers a variety of financial packages such as Industrial Development Revenue Bonds and the Port Revolving Loan Fund.
