Automotive Sales Manager

Franchise auto dealership in Hermiston, OR, is looking for a true leader in variable operations. Must be an mentor, coach and full team player. This individual will be overseeing sales and finance operations. This individual MUST love the industry and love customers. This store is very driven to provide all customers the highest level of customer service. Must be focused on building teams and culture.

Job Duties may include:

• Running the day to day operations of variable operations- sales and finance.
• Setting goals for each member of your team and helping them achieve them.
• Working with sales team members to ensure proper handling of all dealership customers
• Training the sales team on dealership processes.
• Working with customers to answer questions about the sales process and overcome objections.
• Working with finance team to ensure dealership goals are met.
• Working to make sure all opportunities are explored with every customer.
• Working effectively with the service department to ensure both internal and external customers are handled properly.
• Ensuring factory mandates are met
• Ensuring all team members are current on any and all franchise training/certification required.
• Ability to review data and make business decisions based on facts.

• Ability to coach and train sales personnel to maximize every lead opportunity.
