    SUMMARY

    Shipping of finish product thru our Fusion software, schedule appointments, give directions to dispatchers and drivers. Support to the Inventory Logistics Manager. Labels and ink stamping on finished packages, supports all programs and policies that ensure that product is of the highest quality, meets specifications and is safe, legal and wholesome.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Answer phone
    Provide directions to drivers and dispatchers
    Ask driver for load information ( pick up number/ po number/ state he is delivering)
    Have driver fill out shipping check in form
    Schedule appointments in fusion
    Communication with forklift drivers and supervisors
    Complete bill of lading with date, driver signature, pallet in and out, correct count of product, pallet
    charges, check product and customer codes of packages
    Provide paperwork to truck driver BOL, Manifest, shipping agreement
    Verify shipping checklist is completed by forklift driver
    Verify load that has been scanned in fusion by forklift drivers, Ensure that correct count of product
    place on order for shipping is accurate
    Provide dock door to driver that is picking up
    Verify item and quantity of order provided to forklift driver
    Provide temp recorder if order is requesting with loading check list to forklift driver
    Verify with driver how he wants to get loaded
    Provide instructions for unloading of receiving items, notify manager and supervisor for receiving
    goods
    Help with inventory of packaging when needed
    Help with inventory of finish goods when needed
    Provide loading diagram to driver to make sure he is loaded correctly
    Print labels when split a tag in fusion
    Print labels for relabeling crew when needed
    Complete rework paperwork for relabel
    Other related duties may be assigned by manager

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent
    combination of education and experience. A valid Oregon Drivers License.
    LANGUAGE SKILLS:
    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one
    and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Bilingual preferred
