Home Buyers Incentive Program
Start planning your future in Boardman! Are you ready to buy a home? Stop by the Boardman Chamber of Commerce to get more information and an application, or hit the tab below and print one out, then fill the application out and bring it to the Boardman Chamber of Commerce.
The Boardman Community Development Association is offering a $5,000 grant to home buyers who purchase their property in the Boardman 97818 zip code.
How does it work?
- Provide BCDA with a fully executed Real Estate Sales Agreement
- Available funds will be reserved for 90 days
- Available grant funds will be gifted at time of closing or after closing is completed
- Restrictions may apply

BCDA Internship Grant Program
Looking to help fund your internship programs?
The BCDA Internship Grant is for businesses needing assistance to begin a new or fund a current internship opportunity through the Columbia Works Summer Internship Program. The Columbia Works Summer Internship Program is a collaboration between Morrow County businesses, Morrow County Chambers of Commerce, and the Port of Morrow.
Columbia Works' mission is to grow, support, and sustain a skilled workforce in Morrow County that contributes to individual, community, and state prosperity.
This grant is available through the Boardman Community Development Association Business Incentive Program.
